Ordered the chicken tenders 5 piece meal and took a bite of it full of batter and rarely any chicken! Food quality was lacking.... Tried to ask for sauce but associate was being stingy with it and said that it?ll cost $0.35. I have 5 tenders, should be 1sauce to 2 tenders. Really like the management here! I also had over-heard a conversation that he was from Los Angeles, but has been here 4 like a... very long time and Portland is now home 4 him...definitely get exactly how I feel about it too! ...anyways food was very goodand definitely very friendly staff! Waited 30 minutes in drive thru with 3 cars because they were out of spicy chicken and making more. When I finally got my order... they gave me 3 left over breasts that had obviously been sitting for hours. They were hard as a rock and dry, definitely notfresh. The fries were smashed under the chicken and were soggy and cold. Didn't get a biscuit either even though it was a meal.This place has always had issues but it's been so inconsistent lately its horrible. Read more
TL;DR: Go to another location, save your time and money. Before the pandemic, this location had fast, friendly staff. In the... past few months, nearly every delivery has had missing content. Dine in/order ahead still takes at least 20 minutes (40 minutestotal for order ahead). Staff are brief, uncaring, and do not respect guests. They'll ignore you if you're waiting at thecounter to ask them something. In the attached photo, their lobby is "closed," but a manager let's their friend/family in, andtakes his order. They need new management, because they have a disappointing team, and a skeleton crew that feels like theydon't want to work there. Read more

This location is usually pretty busy. I don't mind a small wait for some hot fried chicken or a Popeye's chicken sandwich. The... staff is works hard to make sure customers are satisfied and the food comes out how it should. The gentleman at the counter wasvery polite in taking my order. I will definitely return to this location. Read more
Update 12/1/22: Still slow service. Food was not ready to pickup. But the food was DELICIOUS. And if you use the app you save A... LOT of money. I love popeyes. I like they're recipe, and I like their products. What I don't like is the time it takes to enjoythem. I have been hoping to this location since it opened several years ago. And have come through drains where I have themweekly, to then not having then for months. The reason for the delay in frequency, had to do mostly with time. Generally placemy order through their mobile app, which overall isn't bad, but definitely needs some work to get done with it. And because Iknow it will take them some time, I usually place my order anywhere from 30-45 min ahead of when I plan on picking it up. Put ofthe dozens of times I have ordered, my food has NEVER been ready on time. It is always "still being prepared" or almostready. This is consistent, whenever I got through the drive through, which during it's busy time, can take upto an hour, ordining in. There have been multiple times where I have waiting in restaurant for over 30 min. I can go to any sir downrestaurant, and have my food faster. This is saying something, since the whole concept is thay Popeye's is supposed to be fastfood. It's unfortunate that they have gotten this bad rep. I have delivered food through their vendor that has taken this muchtime as well. And had customers why get upset with me, because it does that I've reached the restaurant, and am there for over30 min. I understand that no one wants soggy, overcooked food that's been sitting out, but the has to be a better solution tothis mess that is self inflicted. The good this about this location is that it almost always clean. The staff is friendlyenough, and the Pakistani manager is great. But beyond that, there is a lot of work that needs to be done here.
