First off, I know that everyone & everywhere is short-staffed. Let's name that as a major pain point for all businesses. That's... a problem major corporations, like panera, could solve if they wanted to give bonuses to their workers for meeting & excellingat customer orders and experiences. It would give employees the buy-in to do the job right if they got a monthly bonus forexceeding customer expectations... Secondly, that's not an excuse to serve anyone FROZEN chicken. Yes, it was frozen chicken, those two pieces on the top of the picture are frozen together. And no, this was not their first attempt at making my salad. Doyou see the cup on the left side of the salad? That is the gorgonzola cheese the Panera team removed after I had to bring it totheir attention that my order said gorgonzola cheese on the side... and on the receipt it says let the manager know if the orderisn't accurate. That manager, did not care, I asked for a refund, he said nothing and just put the $$ back on my card. I saiddon't bother remaking it and went back to my table since I did not trust the establishment to do it right. And mind you we wentto Panera (a different location) this time since we were given a gift card to give them a second chance... Read more

The young woman at the register patiently waited for us to decide. She was friendly and made sure that she took our order... correctly. However, the young males working behind the pick-up counter were unprofessional... They were goofing around and eventhrew something at one-another! Before leaving, we checked our bag to find that they gave us a bag of chips instead of an apple. The order receipt attached to the bag clearly stated "apple" as our side. We were surprised that the manager wasn't checking fororder accuracy... He seemed to be meandering around the cafe. As for the food, it was made according to Panera standards... itwas fresh and good! Panera didn't give me half my order when I ordered delivery, and the only way to fix it was to call them. I called customer care... and I guess I have to wait 3-5 business days for Panera to reach out to me to come up with a solution. Um, the solution is tojust give me a refund! Why do I have to wait so long? Plus, the delivery driver told me that they were rude at the store too.I've had similar experiences myself. I'm just done ordering from Panera. Service is just terrible. Read more

I ordered curbside pick up. No one brought my order. I went inside and was told my order was not ready, even though it was past... my scheduled time. Person at counter said they would bring to my car when ready. Went back inside after 10 minutes and my orderwas setting up front at the counter. Picked up my bag, did not check my order. You guessed it, my wife?s half sandwich wasmissing. Called the store back to let the manager my order was not right, as it says to do on the receipt. Let phone ring for 10minutes then gave up. Panera you owe my disabled wife half a turkey sandwich!!! Read more

I placed a catering order at the end of my workday yesterday, and this morning found out I needed to make a change. When I... checked the confirmation emails, I saw that 17 minutes after I'd placed the order (and after I'd left for the day), the orderhad been cancelled with no explanation. I called the store and asked why it'd been cancelled and tried to place the orderagain, but each employee on the phone refused to give me any answers as to whether it was a product or delivery issue (I couldhave easily gone to pick it up instead). Nobody would tell me, so I asked them to get someone on the phone who could. Theysaid "ok I'll do that", and then hung up on me! Read more

We went very close to closing and they were so kind as to let us order without rushing us out. My son did not finish putting his... order through so it did not show on the ticket but the cook was so nice and prepared it for him. We're lucky to have thisrestaurant close to home. There are lots of healthy yet tasty options on the menu. Read more

Stopped in this afternoon to try the chef's chicken sandwich with Parmesan crisps. Attached are photos of what they advertise... the sandwich to be, and what was actually served to me. With a $1 tip, the sandwich to go cost $13. The sandwich serving sizeweighed 217g, or about 7.65 oz. KFC's chicken sandwich weighs 10.3 oz and costs $4.59, Popeye's weighs 8.6 oz and costs $3.99. Both are a thousand times better than this joke of a chicken sandwich. As for the Panera sandwich itself, the chicken weighedjust under 4 oz (108g), was flavorless except a salty hint of soy sauce perhaps, and literally bone-dry. The lettuce was wilted, and what they're calling Parmesan crisps were little soggy pieces of Parmesan flavored cardboard discs that were placed directlyon the aioli that was spread on the bottom bun causing them to sog out within a minute or two. There was nothing crispy aboutthis sandwich whatsoever. Out of every fast serve restaurant brand chicken sandwich that I have tried - and I have tried morethan a dozen of them, this was by leaps and bounds the worst of all of them. You could have three crispy and juicy Popeye'ssandwiches for the same price as one of Panera's really pitiful attempt to get into the chicken sandwich arena. Anyone thatwould pay $12 for this sandwich after reading this review would likely lose an IQ contest to an actual chicken. Read more
