The staff there Sunday night did not mess around! I'm used to the servers barely filling the containers at places like panda.... Not here! They filled the boxes on our family meal almost to bursting. The portions were quite generous and had a great overall price. We had PLENTY offood for all of our technicians and then some! They were crazy busy and my order I?d placed online wasn?t ready. I told them no problem and that I?d have a seat and wait. The... cashier was super nice and apologized and gave me a complimentary drink. Great customer service that surprised me since customerservice has really been bad at other places. I paid more than $ 12 dollars for some shrimp that were not fresh and the box incomplete. When I?m at the store looking for a... replace order, the manager Gina was super rude and didn't want to replace my shrimp order just because I didn?t have thereceipt for my order. I was also wearing my taco bell uniform and she told me that I should know how to handle this situation ifI worked in a fast food restaurant. I am a shift manager at taco bell and we will alway replace the food for an unsatisfiedcustomer regardless of whether he has the receipt or not. Read more
