We have been going to Olive Garden regularly for the last 20 years throughout the entire West Coast. This location has a nice... dining area nice servers and good food. But our last visit our server didn’t like us and he showed it. Would not come to ourtable to check on us after taking our order. Never completed the order taking, didn’t ask one of us if we wanted soup or saladso we had to wait till our food to get there to order. Riley the girl who came to save the day was so thorough and pleasantsadly not our server but she came by as much as she could to lift up the service a bit. It was a disturbing experience but wemade the best of it. We did speak to the traveling manager and he was very concerned and hopefully take care of thatserver. Over all the food is consistent and as good as you expect at Olive Garden. We will go back soon and ask for Riley ifshe continues to work there. The reason for 2 star is the poor service we received and possibly I will raise the rate pendingon a better experience. Read more
Parking is fine but the most helpful advice I could give for this place is to call ahead and make a reservation. There always... seems to be a line of people waiting. And understandably so; the food was good and neverending pasta is great when it'savailable. It's a nice place for an informal get together and the prices are what you'd expect, reasonable and you get a decentamount. My favorite pasta was the 5 cheese marinara with the chicken. Soup was great too. The bathroom could have been cleanerand better kept. The service was great, servers were polite and helpful and it seems the whole team was working hard to geteveryone served. Drinks: I had an amaretto sour and it was pretty good. And it was nice that they just asked us if we wantedlemon in our water, small I know, but it's something I personally love and usually have to ask for, but here, I didn't. We hadn’t been to Olive Garden in 10+ years and thought we would pop in for dinner. Food is still low quality but price has... risen quite a bit. They had tablets at the tables for ordering but they were not user friendly. It wouldn’t even let us orderice waters or salad/breadsticks. Only their $6 lemonades or overpriced appetizers. We ended up just calling over awaiter. Food: Salad was ok, breadsticks tasted freezer burnt on the ends. Not very appetizing. I got chicken Parmesan and myboyfriend got chicken Alfredo. The chicken Parmesan was what you would expect. The chicken on the alfredo was pretty gross, itwas almost rubbery. Service/atmosphere: Our server was friendly and attentive. The tables were dirty and sticky, ourelbow/forearms and menus were sticking to them. They need to wipe down their tables with proper cleaning agents. The food was good and even though I made a mistake ordering my food, Nick H.,... because there are other Nick's that work there aswell, who was out server, made sure that I was satisfied and brought out awhole new order for me ????. Friendly staff and fast service! I went here with my boyfriend when they were having a deal on pasta. My boyfriend left his card... in the machine the manager handled his situation well and my boyfriend got his card back. I got the chicken fettuccine Alfredowhich was really good and my boyfriend tried something new. We got unlimited salad and bread sticks with sauce. Read more
