Really irritating that you say you are open til 11 pm on Friday and Saturday night and I have now gone there 3 different time... around 10pm on the weekend and they are already closed. Please don't say you'll be open til 11 and then close early. It'smisleading and a waste of my time and gas. Change your hours if you are always gonna close early please. Read more

I asked the cashier at the front if she had any sample cups. Just simply said ?excuse me?. I didn?t realize she was talking to a... customer. It just looked like she was receiving payment. She turns to me and says one sec, and gives us the sample cups. I saidthank you, but after we went up to pay. She scolded me about trying to ask her a question. She said ?don?t yell at me when I?mtalking with a customer. It confuses me.? It was kind of unprofessional. It?s her job to multi task and help customers, not tryto embarrass them. Read more

Progress Ridge Townsquare provides a Menchie's coupon on their website which is good until 8/14/2022 for free 5 oz. yogurt. When... using the coupon, they said they couldn't honor it because they "can't track" when customers used it. Menchie's Progress Ridge -please get your business aligned with your Property Management so customers aren't being misled by your false advertising. I love that they have Dole Whip for the summer, but when we went they put toppings into little plastic cups preventing the BYO... experience, but most importantly making it super expensive since they had to be weighed, extra plastic and product and all. TheHillsboro location has really great topping containers that seem pretty easy to maintain, I'm not sure why this one hasn'tfollowed suit? Read more
