This McDonald?s is a joke and needs new management. I understand that there are busy times and having to wait but every time I... come here, no matter the time of day, I have to wait way longer than i should. I have gone in multiple times and they arestaffed with people so I don?t understand why this McDonald?s can?t keep up with their orders. Majority of the time when I getmy food I at-least expect it to be fresh after waiting so long, but no the fries are cold and the buns are hard as a rock. Iwill not be coming back to this location and I will stick with the one on regretta lane because they are at-least efficientduring rush time. Read more
Edit* 10/26/22 The service is still bad, and the food is mediocre. Also the app needs to stop having limits on how many and how... often you can use a deal. This McDonald's is like any other McDonald's. The service is what you'd expect, and the food is likeany other one. I've been coming to this location for over 20 years now, and have seen all the various changes internally,externally, and even traffic adjustments. One thing to note though, is that They tend to be over busy and understaffed at allthe exact opposite times than usual. Like I've gone at 2am, and they will have 12 cars in the drive thru. I've been there onBlack Friday morning, and they have orders taking 30+minutes... That's not to say that this one is bad, simply hard toanticipate. I've gone and ordered $20 of food at 7pm (middle of the dinner rush) and there isn't a slow down at all. Also themen's room tends to be in better shape here, than many other McDonald's. So take that for it's worth. There isn't all that muchseating in the lobby, but I'm sure most of their business is now done through the drive thru anyways. I'd recommend this ifyou're craving some, and don't want any other number of food option that are 1-2 blocks right down the road from them. Read more
I have never been at a McDonald?s that will not take your order face to face in side. They where not helpful at all. I will... never go to this McDonald?s again. You have really lost the family touch. It is very sad. It took me with my 3 year old over 5minutes to figure out how to place our order them over 20 minutes to get are food. Read more
Sprite tasted like dirt, fries weren't fully cooked and were cold and raw and burgers tasted moldy. Never had such questionable... food items come to me from ANY type of restaurant- fast food or not. Tried to ask for refund and staff was purposely ignoring adining room full of angry customers trying to get thier attention about missing items or orders they had been waiting foreveron. I came through at dinner time and ordered two happy meals for my kids who were in the car with me. Before I drove off I checked... and noticed they hadn?t put anything but fries in one of the boxes. I called to see if they would run the rest of my order outto me and they told me to go through the car through which was 20 cars deep. I asked if I had to do that and they said I couldgo into the building which I explained I had to unload both kids to do that. The manager proceeded to hang up on me. Then thenext employee who answered said those were my options and also hung up on me. When I called them to tell them I was in the drivethrough pick up they told me they would get to me when they could. I am still sitting here. Really!? I ordered food through UberEats and I finally got my food, this what I was biting into it. I called to talk to the manager and... they said that he was busy and to call back later. After eating that I felt sick to my stomach and I will never eat atMcDonald?s again. Last time I ordered the customer service sucked and the employees had a I-don?t care attitude while helpingcustomers and myself that?s why I would rather order it, but this happens to. Read more
It was okay. I guess I dislike having to check my bag to make sure everything ordered is there. I was missing one sandwich and... had them replace my fries as they were about 2/3 full. My initial order was not done, but it was submitted and I was told to addthe rest went I got to the cashier. Maybe they could have done a second order. When I was checking my bag they seemed unhappy asI may have been slowing down their times or something. Everyone was polite but it was more of a proficient polite than a genuinehappy. Why does ONLY this location charge extra for sugar free coffee syrup? Diabetics get screwed over time and again. McDonald's got... rid of diet Dr Pepper which used to make them my go-to drink stop.
