Ordered nachoronies (spicy) and Mac and Cheese (spicy). There was zero cheese on either, just plain noodles with some spicy... seasoning that wasn’t even good, NO CHEESE. It’s Mac and CHEESE, where is the cheese???\nI’ve ordered from other locationsof Montage and it’s been good. This restaurant a Portland institution before they closed and were reborn as a cart. Any night of the week you\'d have to wait... over an hour to get a table. It was a favorite late night spot among local bar patrons, degenerates from the adjacent cardshops, and Portland\'s elite. The fact that you can get something this good out of a cart is quintessentially Portland and it\'sa crime that so many people walk past, read the menu, and decide to eat somewhere else. Went to this food cart called Le Bistro Montage Ala Cart. Le Bistro Montage was a famous Cajun restaurant in downtown Portland... that closed a few years ago. They reopened as food carts at 3 different carts hence the name Le Bistro Montage Ala Cart.They’re known for their Alligator Jambalaya and their aluminum foil artwork. They were out of alligator today so I gotAndouille Jambalaya and they gave me an aluminum foil Rose.\nOn a different visit I was about to get my alligator. Spold Mac &Cheese (combination of Old Mac and Spicy Cajun) with Alligator fro and a pFriem Hazy IPA. This is the third time I’ve hadalligator meat. It’s freaking delicious! Read more
