Ordered the $30 fill up. Lady behind counter could not understand what I wanted, she looked very bored. Was supposed to get 8... piece chicken, 8 chicken tenders, mashed potatoes and gravy with max and cheese. Incredibly rude. I understand that minimum wage employees are often mistreated and deserve to be paid way more, but a little... kindness and no yelling at me for not being able to hear you because of your mumbling would have been appreciated. Never comingback. Read more
The food was pretty good and available exactly when it was supposed to be. My only concern, not really a complaint, is that they... should find somebody who can or will speak to the customers. If the person is actually mute then please accept my apologies. Iwould teach the person the words hello, goodbye, thank you, or something to that effect. I know that good help is very hard tofind these days. Perhaps the person does not speak English, but if I went to Mexico, or Zimbabwe, especially to get a job, Iwould learn a few words. Read more

The worst experience I had at any fast food restaurant. I ordered online to pick up at 12:30 and bought $70 worth of food for... Mother?s Day. I went there right at 12:30 and the food wasn?t ready. I waited a bit, and then I went up for them to tell me thatthe order was already sent out. Someone stole my food, and according to the manager, the person verified they were me somehow,showed the order number, and took off with the food. They were lying, as they weren?t even paying attention to who was grabbingother online orders when I came in. The manager absolutely refused to remake the food. She told me that the only way they wouldremake it was if I called customer service, got a refund, and then placed an order again to have them make the food. This was aplace that was solely responsible for allowing someone to take my food without verification (when they claimed they did verify)but did not want to take any accountability or make things right. The manager was disrespectful, rude, and told me that she hadother customers she had to help. She also walked off mid-conversation. Any other place would have made things right and remadefood that they inadvertently gave to another customer. Absolutely disgusting experience, and I will never go to this KFC again.DO NOT GO HERE. We went to get a large bucket of Original Chicken with 4 sides. And 8 biscuits. We pulled up as they asked...we waited 20... minutes,then went back to the window. They were not busy, they asked us to pull forward again..which we did...because they saidthey had our meal nearly ready. 6 minutes later he brought out the bags. We asked if everything was in there, and we're assuredthat it was. We did not check it, we should have. After the long wait, we got home and found chicken, biscuits and mashedpotatoes no gravy. The employees of this establishment are fat, lazy, triple neck having workers. The food is contaminated. If they would stop... eating the chicken in the drive thru maybe they?ll be able to move around to get orders better. Read more
