Reviews for Juan Colorado in Beaverton, OR
The food was I ordered was good, and the portion size was more than I could eat. Which is saying alot, because I have a fairly... healthy appetite. I will definitely be back to try something else. Our server was very attenuated and helpful. I usually gradeMexican joints on their salsa, which I give 3/5. Read more
They were busy, but the service was fantastic. We were seated quickly, our order was taken right away, and the food and drinks... came out very fast. All that being said, the flavor of everything was just... Different. Not my taste. I eat a lot of Mexicanfood, both in Mexico and the midwest. This was not like any of that. It is probably just a matter of personal taste, buteverything here was just its own unique flavor. I have a feeling that it's something others may enjoy, but just not myfavorite. Read more
Friendly stuff and very welcoming with everyone. Me and my boyfriend wanted to try authentic Mexican food. This place really... reminded me of a home cook meal. We will be coming back. We got so full but couldn?t stop eating. My boyfriend got the enchiladaplate and I got the chicken tacos. We both loved our dishes. I got a drink that many Mexican restaurants don?t always have andit was just how I liked it. We finished our first plate of chips then got a second very yummy. If you want authentic Mexicanfood come here. Read more
Was seated fast but after that everything ran at a snails pace. Place wasn't even busy but for some reason it took an hour and... 15 mins to get our food. The food was blah. 1st experience there and I don't see myself giving it a 2nd chance Read more
This is our regular Mexican resturant for eat out . Food quality and portion are very good ( though some menu can go $20+) .... Staff is very customer friendly. You can find some authentic Mexican menu from Guadalajara and Puerto Vallarta. Read more
Clean and cute place with good service but the food was terrible. The Burro Acapulco was loaded with onions and peppers but... very little seafood. The special sauce wasn't special. It was very bland. The salsa was nothing special either. It was ourfirst and last time there. Now I understand why there was hardly anyone there on a Saturday night. Read more
Always happy with the caramba plate, a little bit of everything chicken, asada and shrimp. Nice staff, sports on tv. I love... Piccadillo but felt the tostado portion was small for a salad and salsa lacks on taste Read more
Fantastic service and very clean restaurant. Our lunch plates were the perfect size (smaller) and the strawberry margaritas are... divine; perfectly flavored. Note: The large margarita is truly a LARGE margarita! I had the carne asada and it was good althoughit could have used a little more seasoning. Standard chips and salsa with the salsa on the runny side. The restaurant is veryclean. It has a pretty nice sized bar and an open floor plan. A pleasant atmosphere for the most part although the Mexican rockthey sometimes play at lunch can be a tad loud and could overstimulate some guests. Cost: A little over $70 for lunch for 2(two lunch portions and 2 margaritas + one iced tea) Read more
