Got a smoothie and bowl after the gym near Jamba, the smoothie was great but the bowl's plastic was slightly cracked and nearly... unnoticeable till it spilled all over my car on the way home and when I went to pick it up. As well the rewards function didn'twork and charged me the incorrect price. The person I talked to when I picked up my order (via app) was very kind and when Imentioned I had a substitution another employee was quick to recognize that my order was nearly identical to another persons andgrabbed me the correct one. Very good and kind service. Used the customer service form online and was promptly responded to bythe GM and offered a replacement bowl and apologized for what happened as well as quickly made sure I was refunded thedifference for what I should've paid. Super quick and easy fix and I appreciate a store that fixes any issues promptly andcourteously. Makes me consider being a Jamba patron again. Read more
