Always liked Jack. Would love to go again. Not interested in drive thru. Dining room still closed at multiple locations around... town including this one. Have pulled into the parking lot too many times to check if it's open, not doing it anymore, always hasthe chairs flipped up on the tables. Unfortunately Jack is no longer a dine-in restaurant. Sad that they are the only placestill with a closed dining room. Definitely loosing my business because of it. Read more
Showed up at 1230 am and wait in line... they shut off the lights on the menu about 15 minutes before 1. When I get up there... with 10 minutes before they close no one responds when I call out at the drive thru. Then get stuck behind someone who orderedand can't leave the drive thru because of the line behind me. Read more
I ordered my burger with no mustard and got mustard. The burgers were like hockey pucks. Seems they had been sitting quite... awhile. Onion rings were way over cooked. Really bummed they got rid of their bacon and cheese potato wedges. That was a bigreason I used to go there. Maybe they?ll bring them back? I know employees are working exceptionally hard but getting your order right and having good, fresh food makes customers return. Read more
I strongly don't recommend this location. They can't read special requests at all. I received a sandwich with bread when I asked... that it doesn't come with bread due to health issues. The sandwich was also made with spicy sauce which I don't like. Didn't geta single one of my dipping sauces I asked for. When I tried to call them they rejected my call both times. This isn't the firsttime I've had issues with Jack in the box either. I think they need to reevaluate whom they have employed if they would likekeep business going. Read more
I won't talk about how the fries were not even warm but I would like to bring up when asked if they could take a large bill... instead of just saying "no" they lady says "just use a card, you have one right?". Regardless that if we did or not, it to mewas very unprofessional and I almost told my Mom just to forget it and just went else where. Read more
Good food, dining room isn't open, but you can go inside and order to go. The only doors that are unlocked are the ones opposite... to the patio, so make sure to walk around to the side of the store. Read more
