We were frequent visitors- and ordered here multiple times. The quality of food has down significantly. We ordered food... recently, and walked with an extremely bad experience 1) when ordering food, the restaurant had a bulk order and whole place wasdirty with them processing it in the eating area 2) the curd in chat had gone bad 3) paratha was dry and seemed to be done on anoil that was not smelling good (almost like used). It upset stomach multiple times next day. There’s feedback below where itshares that many people below that food quality has gone down and owner isn’t responsive/ taking action. It seems veryconsistent with the experience on our end as well. I used to be a frequent customer and not a place to step foot soon. Read more
Went to celebrate a family event. Ordered a thali and it was absolutely delicious! There's also a Hindu temple right next door.... This is also a restaurant within a Indian store/shopping center. Highly recommend. Read more
As close to authentic Indian food as your going to get in Portland. Their chaats are really good. The dum biryani was good too,... especially whe we requested it with extra spices, it turned out really good. The store is a huge plus. After eating all theirdelicious food we'd always take a look for some snacks. People there are nice and helpful too. Nice experience overall. Read more
The food quality has deteriorated significantly. Writing the feedback based on multiple bad experience. 1) samosa chat - cold... and no taste 2) Chola butora - taste less 3) Veg thali - super cold food except the naan. 2 curries out of 4 were freezinglycold. the rice was half cooked. Raised the point to serving staff - they mentioned that many customers are complain these daysbut the owner and cook just ignores the feedback. Read more

I have visited this place lot of times in the past and the experience was ok. But this time I had horrible experience. So I... visited during busy time and ordered “Indo-Chinese Platter” which included Hakka noodles and veg manchurian ( theirspecialty for the day). What I got was kofta balls fried in manchurian gravy. The manchurian balls literally had cheese ncashews and were sweet like anything. If they ran out of stock, they should have the ethics to tell that straightaway to thecustomer rather than fooling them. Very disappointing experience. Read more
This shop is one of my most frequently visited stores. They have a variety of ethnic foods to pick from. The store part is good... but needs a bit organizing. The restaurant can be on and off when it comes to consistency, but food tastes good. The kitchendefinitely needs cleaning. My stomach was upset last time I visited and decided to give 3 stars just for the restaurant part.Staff is super helpful in finding stuff in the store section. Read more
