Unfortunately they said that they will seat us in 20 minutes, 45 minutes later we weren?t seated and people that came after us... where seated head of us. IHOPE people will pay you 0.50 cent more per item ?no problem? to get normal service?.. but I guess youwill pocket those extra money and won?t hire enough staff. Do not order curbside pickup, or any pickup, from this place. They completely forgot our order. I waited inside for an hour only... to be told numerous times they were making it but they were not. Ended up having to request a refund, which I have yet toreceive, and left emptyhanded. Read more
Order online for curbside pickup waited 20 minutes with multiple people coming and picking up in the mean time. Wife went inside... to check on the order and was told several times it was "in the works" as multiple other customers came and went. Including agal who placed an order at the counter and then received it. Seeing this my wife asked for a refund and was refused because theyapparently couldn't process it the same day. After almost an hour of waiting we left with no food and no refund. So effectivelythey stole from us. Read more
