So my boys both have things they do on birthday go get free drink every year my younger kid always has issues the guy today... said get the app and he can have a free drink well I got the app for him no birthday drink. First time back here since I'm visiting from Illinois. As always, a long line, but worth the wait. Staff is always nice.
Stopped for a late hot chocolate with mint. A bit too sweet but we enjoyed the friendly reception by staff, who are very helpful... in getting what we want when ordering and delivering the order. Read more
This is our local go-to Dutch Bros Coffee since we moved into the area not too long ago. Everyone here is friendly and they... always consistently make great coffee and drinks. I like how they use the ipad system to take orders if the line gets toobacked-up that way our orders are already made in advanced rather than placing the order at the window. This beats going to aStarbucks and has it's own unique drive-thru into a small shack experience. Read more

Edit: I'm changing my rating to three because it isn't everyone that works there that does this. Still won't be getting coffee... here. I take my dog on a 5 mile walk every morning which often includes a stop at the Barrows Road Dutch Bros. Several times nowI've been ignored by the people working there. They look directly at me then ignore me. No greeting or acknowledgement that theywill get to me. Today (3/24/22) was two women, the hair on one of them was half black and half white, and I think, she had aseptum piercing. Somewhat unprofessional appearance, even for the McD's of coffee. They both had way too much makeup on, whichwas scary at best. They both had a stuck up look on their face when they saw me. My morning walk isn't the only time I used tobuy coffee here. Definitely won't be getting my coffee here while people like this work here. There are at least four othercoffee shops within walking distance of this location, and even more in the opposite direction from my house. Read more
