July 30, 2022: I would've been willing to tip the driver AT LEAST $5, but they left the pizza at my door without even knocking.... Apparently it was more important to him to save 20 seconds of free time rather than to collect a tip. Read more
Totally failed this time! We have ordered Dominos for years, especially on work nights! I work customer service myself and no... not everytime you win..these days for sure! But what happened to Domino's?? For take out pizza it used to be our #1 choice! 1stoff we couldn't order the Pizza we actually wanted to order because it would not come on the Brooklyn style crust. Then thepizza we ordered, came on the wrong crust anyway! It was overcooked and even drenched in salad dressing was not edible. Therewas hardly any toppings on the pizza , the bacon we ordered was non-existent! And the chicken wings we ordered where areridiculously fatty and semi undercooked. To top it off our food was not even hot when we got it. Sorry guys,you lost us ascustomers. Considering we paid $50 for the order, it is not worth our money any more! Read more

Usually really good quality but this time my pizzas came smashed and the cheese and toppings were stuck to the box sat on the... phone for 15 minutes and still no one answered to take my complaint order 5 pizzas not one was not smashed very unhappy Read more
We ordered delivery specialty pizza (Hawaiian Honolulu) which we?ve ordered before from different location. We payed $32 in... total to have it delivered with tip. We wrote ?no knock, no ring? cuz we have 3 loud dogs and its dark out. Unfortunately tho,they ignored the note and still knocked louder than usual. On top of that, the pizza came without the topping it included lasttime; which made the pizza overall not worth the price. When we called, they simply told us they never sold those toppings inyears and eventually hang up. A Hawaiian hand-tossed pizza costs $18.99 The specialty Hawaiian pizza costs $21.99 We paid extrafor no difference..they need a notice that the some specialty?s don?t include what your paying extra for. Edited from a one star. I?ve ordered pizza from them since then and the experience has been good. The one star review was... because the food took a very long time (like 2 hours and it had been sitting out a while.) and I was hangry. Read more
Usually no problems. One time there was it was fixed quickly with brookies added on, which was appreciated.
