More has to do with the catering team than the actual store. Got quotes for 3 different prices for a catering event. First it... was $18 a plate, then they changed it to $20 because they said the website price was wrong. Okay, I can live with it, since theywere offering a 10% catering discount online so it would offset it. Call to pay the 50% deposit and they tell me they actuallywon?t honor the 10% off- and they changed the $660 delivery fee to $850. Ha! What a joke. As another person posted, I should have listened to the reviews before ordering. This place is a rip off. For the amount they... charge for the plates, I was definitely expecting something better than the deli at a grocery store or a cafeteria. The amountof brisket I received could fit in the palm of my hand. As far as the taste goes, I have had better at New Seasons. The sidestasted like canned or frozen products. Cannot comment on customer service as I ordered online, but there were only a coupleforgivable mistakes on the order. The ribs and sandwiches we ordered were good. The BBQ pork ribs were very, very, tender. Both meals were served hot, the waffle... fries, which are standard, were very fresh. We are in the table area and it was very clean. They were busier than it seemed asthey seemed to have a lot of did deliveries/pick-ups happening. Free soft serve ice cream available, looked good but we chosenot to try it. Would have given a five except the wait to order send long, again due to delivery type orders. Read more
