I was searching for a bakery that could do vegan and gluten free so that all guests at a wedding celebration could enjoy them.... We ordered 4 dozen in four different flavors and they were a huge hit! Everyone agreed that they were moist, delicious, and thebest cupcakes they'd ever had. I’m vegan so needless to say I’ve been a long time fan of vegan bakeries such as Carina’s! She’s so innovative with the... treats she creates. I love it! We ordered 2 dozen cupcakes for my 3 year old’s bday (added sprinkles and the dinosaurs decor) and the carrot lox smorgas and... it was all wonderful! Even if you’re not vegan, these cupcakes were delicious! Read more
It's nice to have another vegan place in Beaverton, and this one has promise, even if it's not quite there yet. I ordered a... variety of items. The PB Patty was excellent. The peach muffin was good as well. Unfortunately the "Cheeze and Scallion Biscuit"had an unpleasant, gritty texture, like bits hadn't been fully baked. The filling in the "Sauzage" roll was a little too mushy.Service was fine. We're fortunate to have amazing vegan baked goods in the greater Portland area (like Petunia's, and DoeDonuts) and I hope Carina's can tweak and improve their recipes to eventually be at that same level. A Swedish vegan bakery! We love it. They employ people varied abilities and have signs asking you to wear a mask. Like the... yellow and blue decor. Everything is vegan including ice cream, pasta salads, soups, sandwiches, and of course great bakedgoods. Try the sausage rolls! Read more
I was so excited to have found a bakery with so many gluten free options. The staff was so friendly when I walked in. I ordered... a pumpkin muffin and unfortunately the center was not cooked. It was really not enjoyable to eat batter. I will give themanother shot because the staff was so friendly but it was disappointing. Read more

My kiddo and I visit most every weekend during the farmer's market season! Carina's baked goods are delicious, and there's so... much to choose from for a lunch meal too. I have lots of allergies (gluten, soy, dairy), so this place is my dream! Plus, Ilove Carina's story, and how she supports her community. Highly recommended! Read more
