I have ordered from this location four separate times on DoorDash and my order has been incorrect 100% of the time. I just spent... 15 minutes trying to call this place to see if they got all of the different things in my order this time, nobody answered. We took our visiting family here to try the Walla Walla Onion Rings and they felt the Walla Walla burger was one of the best... burgers around. I tried it and would have to agree. The strawberry shake and the vanilla shake we also amazing. Service wasquick, no employee shortage here and they were very friendly. I need to go there more often. The first time here the staff was friendly the quality of food was great I was very impressed. I got the chicken sandwich it was... fresh and tasted fresh. They piled on the veggies ???? which I appreciated! I also tried the Oregon Coffee with cold cream. Theatmosphere was calm there were a few customers inside. This was our first time eating at Burgerville. The prices are a little high for the quality of burgers you get. $8 for one... burger? Yeah, I don't know about that. Would I go out of my way to get another burger here? Probably not. The shakes are goodthough. Read more
Food is always really great, service is usually good but some employees do not look happy to be here. I also find the tipping... option in the drive thru to be an awkward system.
