Food was good but all the workers were goofing off in the back and laughing. Stood there at the counter for about 10 minutes... waiting for someone to come when I finally shouted "Hello???" into the back. I hate to be a buzzkill like that, but there'sdefinitely a time and a place. They got kinda rude with me after I did that too, which I understand but still. Read more
I was very pleased with the customer service skills of the crew that day. A young lady asked ne what I wanted I explained to her... that I had left my hamburger buns at thr store in the cart after shopping. I ordered the impossible Whopper on a Whopper deal day so it cost me $3 versus like $9 just for the burger. I ordered it from my... workplace and drove right over and I'm pretty close to the restaurant. When I got there I gave him my name easy-peasy. Thedrive-thru worker was all smiles and super happy just to give me my bag and let me continue to drive through literally withoutstopping just coasting. I was back at my desk and eating my lunch within 14 minutes of the time that I had placed my order. Alsokeeping in mind that I have to go down multiple stairs and back up multiple stairs and walk through a long entrance just to getto and from my car. Also I was not the only car in the Drive-Thru so a 14 minute round trip and back to my desk was amazing notto mention that Rockstar price. Read more
