Straight up terrible service. If you like to have to a non existent waiter who goes missing right when you need anything. Acts... like you're being a inconvenience to them. Enjoy this location, it’s near my job. But on 9-29-22 my two guests and I received the worse service ever. Servers name was... Palmer, he took forever to even acknowledge me. And I noticed I wasn’t the only one asking for a menu waiting to be served wowI could go on and on but don’t care to this Palmer person should not be in your building. Read more

We were there on a Monday(yesterday) 3 ish, asked to be seated on the patio because we had our pups in the car and it was hot,... they obliged and they got to sit with us and even brought coke ice water for them!. First time in ever and it was very disappointing, staff seemed to be high, not sure if they were or not but kinda seemed like 3... of the maybe 6 staff I talked to acted like they may have been high, didn't write down our order and came back to ask multipletimes what we ordered, food came back wrong and over-cooked and the burger was not seasoned and my chicken was very hard. Idon't plan to return and I didn't eat my meal only appetizer because the cheese curds are the only thing I got that was cookedright. Oddly good with caramel, tastes like Cinnabon. One of the staff who I believed to be high recommended it. Weed is legalin Oregon so if the job allows it I guess it's ok but they should be more attentive. I had a great dine in experience! Service was perfect, server was cute and bubbly, accurate order taken, food delicious, would... consider dining in again! However, I refuse to give five starsto this location due to several bad experiences with trying to order online and then resorting to trying to order via phone,only to be left unanswered several calls from not only myself but several friends at a group outing. Where do I start? The wait that we were told would only be 45 minutes turned into an hour and a half. We got there at 8 seated... by 930 order taken at 945 and then nothing till 1055. We ordered the bagel knots as an appetizer and they didn't come out tillafter all our other food was delivered and there was a film on the cheese from how long it had been sitting under the heat lamp,my son's and daughter's fries were both cold and hard my daughter's chicken sandwich was hard as a rock and dry. They sauce onit had already melted completely into the bun your couldn't tell it was there. My husband ordered the appetizer plate and hisnachos were stale and disgusting his chicken which was supposed to be sauced was sauced but it had baked onto the chicken, andhis onion rings were limp and greasy, my son in laws chicken was cold and hard. My chicken wings were cold and over cooked. Myson in law had asked to speak to the manager and when he did she acted like she didn't care and when he asked for his ranch,carrots and celery from the manager he still never got it. I had to ask for them from a passing waitress who was very prompt. Wenever received napkins or silverware and had to ask for refills on drinks. When I went to the restroom to get some paper towelsso we could at least wipe our hands, I walked past the kitchen and our waitress was in the kitchen complaining to another waiterabout us and when she seen me she started around a corner. After that we never seen her again. We were given a new waitress butby then it was too late and we were just done with the evening and their lack of help.
