All drive-thru.. Great lattes! The lattes have a nice rich flavor, and the foam is frothy. I truly enjoy their lattes.

Order a black and white hot chocolate and the girl looked puzzled and asked if I wanted a Mexican mocha when I literally said a... black and white me hot chocolate and repeated again and this girl had the audacity to pretend instead of ask and made me adrink with coffee in it. Always had super awesome service here except today 6/10/22 at 7:15AM. The lady taking orders literally had an attitude cause I... wanted to look at the menu then walked away all within about 30 seconds of arriving and I just wanted to look at pricing thenwhen I was ready she?s walking in circles on the other side of my car looking at the ground, and I?m trying to get coffee beforework. They?re pretty fast here and friendly but they messed up my order two separate occasions. Asked for regular milk and got 2%,... didn?t click in my head until I was driving off. Also got some hazelnut drink on a different occasion by mistake and didn?trealize it until I was on the road. Lesson is, sip your coffee before driving away. Read more

If you would like coffee in a timely fashion, you?d be better off going somewhere else. I don?t expect Black Rock to funnel... people through at a blazing rate, but on the contrary, I do expect that it won?t take 10 minutes for the car in front of me toget two drinks. As a former coffee shop manager, I understand that means the shop owner is losing money if the barista istalking to customers for that long. There is customer service, and then there is inefficiency. Always great service and great coffee. Never a long wait. Only issue I've had is around drink consistency. Very rare but it... happens. Staff is always nice and not digging into my business unlike other chains who won't stop asking me what I'm uptoo.Thanks from us introverts. Read more
