Going down hill quickly!My order was bisque,parm stick and drink.I asked for a tray,was told my order was to small for a tray.So... I had my food in one hand and my drink cup in the other (I was a server ,so carrying this was not a problem)but the soup wasreally HOT.What kind of policy sends a customer carrying hot food across a dining room?and it's not like a buffet. Corporate hopefully you see this .. This store is the most absolute worst experience I've had at any Piada.. I'm not one to... write bad reviews but time and time again I'm greeted with a horrible messy store, bad attitudes and incompetent employees,cold piadas ,workers using bare hands for touching food, forgetting half the order.. this store should be closed unless you getbetter management in .. I don?t like to make bad reviews but I was not pleased with my experience. This was mine and my boyfriends first time coming and... when I ordered, all of the girls at the bar had bad attitude, except for the one at the register. I ordered a Carbonara bowl andthe description doesn?t say that it has bacon so I didn?t think anything of it. They added a lot of bacon on mine and I have apork intolerance so I couldn?t eat that. It makes me very sick. I asked the girl making it if she just put bacon on it and shesaid ?yeah? so I nicely asked her to take it off with a spoon or something and made sure to tell her that she didn?t have toremake it, I just needed her to take it off and she gave me a very dirty look when I asked her to do that. My boyfriend enjoyedhis though. Please just train your staff to be nicer to customers and fix their attitudes. Customers shouldn?t have to feel likethey have to refrain from asking them to do something. Read more

First time me and my boyfriend went here. Able to add what you want in the bowl and was perfect. Would 100% recommend it

First of all, the staff was very friendly. Food was good, but man the portions were tiny. Got a chicken wrap that had probably 3... ounces of chicken in it, and the other person in my group got a power bowl that was over 10 dollars, and was ridiculously small.I know about inflation and all that, but this was a really bad portion to price ratio for a fast casual restaurant.
