This McDonald's has become a joke. I'd say at this point my order is wrong at least 50% of the time I go through. And I order... very simple meals. I've had everything from not leaving off an ingredient I requested be left off to them literally giving meburgers with no meat. Today I asked for a sausage, egg, and cheese muffin with folded egg instead of round. I went through thedrive thru, pulled off, and my sandwich had ham instead of sausage. I go back through the drive thru because I didn't want toget my exhausted baby out of the car to go in. I explain what happened and am told to pull around and they'll fix it. I get tothe window, she had clearly not told anyone I was coming through or what I needed. I had to repeat my order to I kid you not 5different people. Finally received a sandwich with NO MEAT, and the girl had the audacity to yell at me saying that this is whatI ordered and I asked for no meat. Mind you my order spells out every ingredient in the name, so unless I somehow startedspeaking another language I truly do not know how you mess this up. When I finally got what I asked for, instead of justapologizing and moving on they still decided to argue with me in the drive thru saying that I was in the wrong. I am so frustrated. My husband and I frequent this McDonald's and it typically has phenomenal service. My order always include a... double hamburger, and 4 times now, in the last few weeks, it has only had a single patty. The small, skinny female... with the fading blue hair that takes drive thru orders has a disgusting attitude. Sarcastic. Zero social etiquette.
