The changed their sweet tea vendor, and therefore tea is no longer great but blah! This is what used to bring me in. Also I've... had 3 Spud experiences that were subpar. The spud was two halves(this last time) put together, was lukewarm dry, and seemed tobe maybe leftovers from the day previously. Definately wasn't fresh. At $10 for a spud x 3 bad spud experiences, with this pastexperience falling super flat, it was my last time eating here. Sad though, because my first two spud experiences were somemorable I kept chasing after that same quality three more times, until it's consistently apparent they do not serve good spudsanymore. Another thing I failed to mention was the generous portion of toppings they offered on their spud intially. They cutliterally that portion in half, but the price is still $10. With $10 I'll go buy two spuds at one of the 3 steak houses acrossthe street. I'm sorry, but serving half servable food is noticeable. And doesn't taste palatable, pleasant. Hopefully thisrestaurant will look into this to see if in fact the quality of their care for this product is poor, and bring the standards up. Read more
Today I decided to try this place for the first time. I ordered 2 sandwiches: the spicy turkey melt. I told them about 3 times... no bacon just to be sure they don?t add any since I?m doing togo and I don?t have time to come back if they did. Well when I gothome I noticed an odd smell but I was starving and decided to just take a bit, I spit it out right away disappointed as I sawthe sandwhich had bacon. When I went back to return them, they didn?t even apologize or seem to care. Worst customer service,worst sandwiches. Save your money and go somewhere else. Read more

We had great service the other day and food was good.
I saw that the restaurant was always crowded and they make everything look so good in the pictures, so who would have thought it... was such a hoax? This is the worst sandwich spot to go to. Our sandwiches had one piece of meat that looked outdated. Thelettuce looked like dead grass (so much for fresh greens) and absolutely no sauce was to to found. There was tomato, I'll givethem that. The potato soup was water (chunky's canned has more flavor and potatoes). The baked potato came with a small sourcream and tiny butter packet even though I asked for extra. It was so dry I couldn't eat it and I can always eat a bakedpotato. Who ruins a potato? McAllister's... That's who. Don't waste your time unless you want to have a heart attack fr thesodium intake because that's all they offer is an unbelievable amount of sodium. Read more
Just stopped for a quick lunch while the kiddos were at an appointment. Staff was soooo friendly and respectful even when I... dumped my lemonade all over my table. Not an ounce of attitude or hint of annoyance! Then to top it off the food was delicious!Can't wait to come back. Thank you! Read more
I love this place. It's a commercial deli type food, but it's good and nicely priced. The nachos are good, I really like them.... BLT and Mac & cheese with avocados is a good choice as well. You can't go wrong with the ham and cheese toasty with cheddarbroccoli soup. These photos are half portions of the sandwiches, they do have whole sandwiches. The service It's fast nice andknowledgeable. There are restaurants clean but they do get busy during a launch dinner rush. Read more
I love this place! I always receive outstanding service! Food is always so good! McAlister?s club is my favorite sandwich I use... the rewards app every time I come in all the staff every time I come in are lovely:) it is kind of pricey but the food is toogood. Read more
