Worst KFC I?ve ever been to. Messed up our order after we sat in the drive through for 40 minutes and refused to give us change... when we paid in cash. Idiot employees spent 10 minutes chatting while we were waiting at the window before even opening it tospeak to us. Waited at the window even longer to request our missing orders and change and they wouldn?t look at us. Simplyresumed making their own drinks and hanging around. Will never return, would give a 0/5 if I could. Get better employees or justshut down. Read more
Was really in the mood for a KFC combo.. chicken, mashed potatoes and coleslaw. The dining room was closed so we had to go... through the drive thru. I ordered the three piece and she ordered the two piece combo. When we got home she had the full combobut I only had three pieces of chicken and no mashed your coleslaw.
