I have always enjoyed Jimmy John's lettuce wraps...until...I found out from a close family member employed at Jimmy John's that... vaping of weed was occurring during store hours inside the establishment and hands were not being washed after changing outgloves to handle food. Needless to say I encouraged family member to quit the establishment and have not returned since thistime. I also recommend that family and friends avoid this restaurant until they are more compliant with food laws and cognizantof others desires to stay clean and away from smoking indoors while at work. This place is normally pretty alright with customer service but the last time few times I've been here the same lady up front... has been so rude, it's almost like she was annoyed to take my order. The food here is great but the staff are rude. Read more
Usually an open sign means you're open... pulled up to get some food and the workers made a 'nah' gesture before making it up... there like they just decided they were done serving food for the night... so I left, even when everything online says they weresupposed to be open. Update your hours if you aren't going to serve people when you don't feel like it :) Read more
I am surprised I like this place as I don't typically like cold deli sandwiches. The bread is quite good and the ingredients... taste really good together. Deli meats taste like lower quality food (water injected meat) but with the spices and sauce itkeeps me coming back. Lower price helps too. Read more
I placed a pick up order today 9/1 due to the online ordering being down. (I first called to make sure they were open because I... know the week or two prior, an order was cancelled due to low staffing/no delivery driver.) The girl who answered was superfriendly and kind and let me know she was the only staff member there today! (Not sure if this is due to general under staffing,employee illness or what but I felt so bad she was by herself!) I went to pick up my order and the line was almost out the dooras well as several patrons dining in. My order was correctly made, ready and on time. She even took the time to step away fromwhat she was doing to confirm my name for the order. She was pleasant and friendly and seemed VERY calm during what seemed to bea busy and stressful scenario. That being said, I just had to make mention of how composed and polite she was under thesecircumstances and I hope upper management notices her SOLO job today was done well. Read more
The club was pretty terrible, and 1/3 of it was just soggy bread so it wasn't edible. In addition, the order took about 45... minutes instead of anywhere close to the estimated 17 minutes. I think the fault lies with the store itself, and they need tohire more drivers and sandwich makers. I say this because the Jimmy John's in Charlotte, NC has been the best and quickestdelivery from anywhere I've ever ordered from, and they do it everytime. Somehow, the Jimmy John's in Beavercreek is the worst. Read more
