This is normally a great place to eat. This past trip wasn't the best, though. The food tasted greasy and the fries were burnt.... Even though there was no line, we still had to wait for a long time. I don't know what happened, but I hope it gets fixed.Update: We are here again, The girl we had was horrible. She had an attitude and acted like she didn't care. My order, came witha drink, but for some reason she assumed I didn't want a drink, when she didn't even ask. I ordered a number 1 meal. It always "my pleasure" to eat at chick-fil-A, do not be fooled by the appearance of long drive through lines. They are highly... trained professionals and keep the wait time to a minimum. I could be wrong but I believe they reopened inside as well. Theirfood is always amazing. Read more
I normally don't eat at the one in the mall because I have a dairy allergy and it's time consuming to make my food safe for me... to eat but today I was starving and at the mall. The employees did an amazing job understanding my limitations and went throughall the extra steps to make sure I don't die after eating there. I'm impressed Thank you. Read more
Stopped in for lunch while out and about in the county. Ordered 8 piece nuggets, cottage fries and diet coke. Got honey mustard... for the dipping sauce. The nuggets were hot and fresh not greasy at all. The chicken is tender and juicy with no dryness. Greatflavor. The sauce is smooth with a little mustard bite on the back end. A good choice. The fries are crispy bit soft in themiddle. Pretty good with an adequate portion. Service was great. Don't get discouraged when you pull in and the line wrapsaround the the building three times. It goes fast. I had my food in 15 minutes. Amazing process how they keep everythingstraight. Super friendly people take your order. Overall great experience. Read more
