we like Arby's. Been to this location twice in the last couple weeks. First time was great. Food was hot, fresh and tasted... good. this last time, was not so good on two counts. the person who took ar order was very pleasant to deal with (I'm thinkingthe Manager). But when we got to the window to pay, well that was a different story. He was a younger guy and you could tell hedidn't want to be there. He was grumpy and not very pleasant (maybe keep him in back and keep the other guy to deal with thepublic). the second issue was when I got my Brisket Sandwhich. When I opened the bun, there was barley any meat, had just 2pieces and lots of fat. I was not really happy! It's like they know that once we get our order and it Isn't worth our time toturn around and fix the Issue. Seems like when you go through drive through, all resturants give the older and cold food knowingthat once we drive off, we won't take the time to come back. Service was slow tonight. I was first in line then followed by several people. I'm guessing the drive through was busy as well.... Food excellent as always. The person calling people's names startled me - rather abrupt and loud! So I did order an extra largebeverage but got charged for and served a large. Oh well! Still love you guys! Its been several years since I stopped at a Arby's. Got a Smokehouse Brisket burger along with a sprite and curly fries. The... burger was very small for the price and reminded me why I dont eat at Arby's anymore. Several bites into the fries two tastednasty like dirty oil was used to deep fry the fries. The total price for the meal was $11.xx. Overall it was decent, would Igo back? No. Read more
Friendly staff, a little longer than expected to receive food (2 roast beef sandwiches) but everything was good and fresh and... had a good experience. Just order food, take the dog for a quick potty break, use their clean bathrooms, then get back on yourway. I'll stop back again when driving through, you shouldn't be disappointed. Read more
