Literally left crying this morning because I was treated so poorly at this location. I politely, no yelling or swearing, asked... why I was waiting to order for 10 minutes without any acknowledgement or anyone at the front till only to get repeatedly ignoredand then a thumbs up in my face. I?m a human being, I acted as one, I was not a Karen, i know those customers they are awful andi have dealt them too. I just asked why, I didn?t deserve to be treated that way :( I?m visiting my dying mother in town and Ihave zero fight in me, I just needed a coffee break in between visits. Read more

Need more people working there. Take out only. The person taking my order was a little abrupt after I placed my order. Usually... they tell you how much your order cost before directing you to the window, I just got, "Go to the window." Wasn't rude butdefinitely no pleasantries. Caulk it up to a non-stop stream of cars I guess. Read more

This is the worst Tim's they don't allow you to go in and order so we had to wait in the drive through for 45mins for them to... get my order wrong. Was not going to wait in line again so went in to get it corrected and get to my car and they still got itwrong. Just left it at this point. Ursula has bad customer service skills. ???? I stopped by for a coffee yesterday on my way to a wedding. I ended up being late to this wedding because I was stuck in the... drive thru for 27 minutes despite only having 5 cars in front of me when I entered (no exaggeration). To add to my funexperience here, the iced coffee I ordered had a cracked lid that resulted in the complete dumping of my coffee on my suit.Nice. At least the ?black? coffee I ordered was filled with cream, so the stains weren?t as bad. Read more

Poorly managed. Service is incredibly slow, they are understaffed and can't open the store front, but drive thru takes forever.... This is a multi-million dollar corporation, but they can't be bothered to pay employees a respectable, livable wage, leading tothis location being severely understaffed which in turn leads to poor service. The staff are great and doing their best giventhe circumstances, I dont blame them, it's obvious the failings of this franchise location lie with the managers. Read more

Drive thru service is slow. They keep you at the box while they prep your whole order. Cant get an iced coffee right at all. I... always get a caramel iced coffee with less cane sugar and cream. They miss out on the caramel completely and give me little tono cane sugar at all. They charge more for the caramel so they're just ripping me off every time I order it. Will only ever getan iced capp from this location cause its hard to mess that up, yet they still mess it up sometimes (wrong milk base~I ask forcream every time and have gotten milk and others instead) Read more

No grilled chicken, no bacon, no rice. Quick service however, I was handed a sandwich with too much mayo and the wrapper/ bun... was very greasy to touch. No paper bag given to go. Took a nice photo though.. Read more

Made a order for 6 pack of donuts and Tim bit?s. When I order we mentioned two separate order and bill once i showed the scan... code they said can?t give the deal for (donuts)because of 2 separate order, So we told them to cancel the second order ( timbits) and go with the donuts and i show the scan the code and I asked is that 3.49 he said yes but they charged 6.29 withregular price. After the payment we noticed that they charged regular price and we talk to the supervisor they don?t even agreethe mistake and told us they can?t do anything wasting almost 20 minutes.. Read more
