Worst customer service ever. Ordered online and when it was time to pick it up my order still wasn?t ready. After waiting... another 30 mins. Burnt fries, sauce all over the bag and barely any sauce on the wings. The employees were so rude andunprofessional. Do yourself a favor and go to college st. Absolutely trash, got our order wrong then tried to make up pay for an entire other set of wings for them to fix it even though... I stated what I wanted at the beginning twice and she never once repeated it back. Read more
This wing stop is In a great location. You can shop and then grab some lunch ???? my husband and I had a wonderful visit today.... We were greated by the staff upon entering the facility. Our order was taken by Jacyron and was processed quickly. We receivedour drink then our boneless wings and corn came out shortly after. We chose lemon pepper and cajun with Ranch. The wings werehot and crispy with the perfect amount of sauce. We love the Cajun corn it's so spicy and good!! We love wing stop so much morethan Buffalo wild wings. They have the best Ranch and I hope one day the will sale their sauce in bottles. This location was soclean and even the bathroom was clean. They had soap and paper towels. We usually get food from here often and it's really good but today, we bought the night in bundle and got bite-sized wings. And... of course you can never get a hold of the restaurant when you need to, the call just goes straight to a voice mailbox thathasn't been set up. So there's no one there to fix the issue. So I guess we paid $18 for popcorn chicken and sauce. The wingshave NEVER been this small in all the times we've ordered here. Read more
