I know Whataburger is a big deal to Texas and Texans but after having it a couple times I think it's good but not great. Can't... really put my finger on exactly but it's just not quite all that it's made up to be. Maybe that's why it's more of a regionalchain than National. Worth a try though Read more

Never make reviews. Honestly the worst Whataburger I've been to. We ordered online 30 minutes before to make sure there were no... problems. We went through the drive through to pick it up and they handed our food to the wrong person, the people who receivedit were going through our bags and touching the food then hands it back. They drive off and they proceed to hand the same bag tous, which in the food industry is a HUGE no. The guy then lies when we comfort him. We ask to speak to the manager who was verykind and told them to remake all the food, it took another 30 minutes before we received our new food. Read more

This team is on the struggle bus. The wait time is extremely too long (min. 15 minutes) because they lack organization and... teamwork. Bless 'em! (Additional note: I don't know what their rationale is for wearing gloves because it isn't serving anypurpose in the context of sanitation of handling food and money and touching other equipment.) I went to Whataburger this morning. I ordered two number 1 all the way. They gave me two burgers on burnt bread and some soggy... fries. I took my food back. The manager tried to justify the burnt buns by saying it was a little dark on one side. It lookedburnt and it smelled burnt. The only thing the manager could do for me is give me back my money. The manager gave me back mymoney and I left. He can eat the burgers since, he said they were a little dark on one side. Read more

I ordered 3 fries. It took 25 minutes. The front cashier Tierra was very pleasant to everyone who walked in. She kept dropping... my fries and the Manger would come and grab them for a drive through order. I watched this happen several times. There was a guywrapping the burgers with one glove on. He'd grabbed the burgers with the gloved hand and the cheese to add with the unglovedhand, he would then wipe his hand on his pants. I am very glad I didn't order a burger, I was so grossed out by this. Then therewas a guy mopping with gloves on, which wouldn't be a problem if he didn't turn around and drop fries and deliver dine incustomers their trays with those same gloves. I never saw him change them. This location needs to definitely do better. I willnever be coming back to this one. And other than the front cashier, I'd say either retrain your staff or get a whole new one. Read more
