I know Whataburger is a big deal to Texas and Texans but after having it a couple times I think it's good but not great. Can't... really put my finger on exactly but it's just not quite all that it's made up to be. Maybe that's why it's more of a regionalchain than National. Worth a try though Read more
Never make reviews. Honestly the worst Whataburger I've been to. We ordered online 30 minutes before to make sure there were no... problems. We went through the drive through to pick it up and they handed our food to the wrong person, the people who receivedit were going through our bags and touching the food then hands it back. They drive off and they proceed to hand the same bag tous, which in the food industry is a HUGE no. The guy then lies when we comfort him. We ask to speak to the manager who was verykind and told them to remake all the food, it took another 30 minutes before we received our new food. Read more
This team is on the struggle bus. The wait time is extremely too long (min. 15 minutes) because they lack organization and... teamwork. Bless 'em! (Additional note: I don't know what their rationale is for wearing gloves because it isn't serving anypurpose in the context of sanitation of handling food and money and touching other equipment.)
