This morning was was first time visiting this location and I was desperately in need of a caffeine pick me up! I was half awake... and hardly sure of what I wanted since there was no cold brew at the time,but the Drive thru girl was such a helpful sweetheart.I wish I caught her name. Honestly the best experience I've had at a Starbucks in all my years in any state. She was verykind,patient, and informative. During my stay in Beaumont I will definitely return to this location. I usually do come to Starbucks and came in not 100% sure of what I wanted and Terreri was so rude. I know it was possible for... her to be nice because she was extremely nice to the person after me, who was obviously a employee off duty.It?s a shame to pay10$ for a coffee and not only be treated badly but to be treated stupid as well! She is all so made sure to give the threepeople who ordered after me there drinks first. And when my husband asked why she explained she makes the drinks in order.as ofwe did not know we were there first and orders first! They were out of what I was told to get and I read of suggesting somethingelse she just kept repeating what they were out of! Starbucks and Terreri do better! Read more
Soft spot in my heart for this place. Hopefully it won't be as crowded when they open the Lumberton location. These guys are... such hard workers, I don't think people realize just how many drink orders they get. They have such a great attitude about ittoo. Read more
Visiting family for the holidays and found this Starbucks (not the one in Kroger). This Starbucks is a big attraction for the... area, the line was wrapped around the building and standing room only inside. I think they are understaffed with the amount oftraffic this store sees, nevertheless the staff they do have are wonderful and drinks were perfect. I love the note board filledwith encouraging post Its for people to read, what a great idea. Read more
