The staff here is always nice and they work quickly. Everything tastes great.
Not an easy drive in drive through out, marking are specific and need more painted arrows for proper directions.

Sorry I didn't get any pictures!! I really wish that I had :( I had a doctor's appointment right near Baptist hospital so I... decided afterwards to grab a quick breakfast. I decided on One sausage and cheese kalachi, 1 Apple fritter and some chocolatemilk. Service at the window was quick and friendly. As I was pulling off I looked into the bag with the Apple fritter. TheApple fritter was really dark?! I thought it was my sunglasses so I lifted them up. To my surprise that thing was Burnt! Thereis no way in the world I'm keeping this burnt Apple fritter That was $2. I turn around and go back through the drive-throughThis time a different lady waits on me. I explained to her that it is burnt and I would like to exchange it for one that's notif that is possible. She tells me that the Apple fritter is not burnt it's dark because there is cinnamon in it. ( She has noidea that I used to work at a donut shop) I have had tons of Apple fritters since its not only my favorite donut but also mybrother's favorite. This one was not dark due to the cinnamon it was burnt. I Calmly explain that it's actually burnt I'vepinched a piece off Pressing and rubbing it between my fingers To show that it was in fact burnt ( Of course it turned intoblack powder) She took it back into the window and another lady came with with the replacement. That's all that I wanted wasone that was actually edible. I was very pleased that they replaced it. I was also happy that they didn't give me any more pushback about that 1 being burnt. That's why I'm giving 5 stars because the kalachi was hot and fresh, the 2nd Apple fritter wasreally good good not burnt and my chocolate milk was cold. Overall good experience and I would try this this shipley's donutsagain. As always if you have found my review helpful please give me a thumbs up!! Thanks ???? Read more
