OK it was an interesting experience to say. Every one seemed kinda all over the place But they got the order out in fairly good... time. The cashier was taken the orders knocking them out but they wernt getting to the cooks and they manager had to keep askingevery one what they had and it just seemd like a mess but they did get the order our after checking with us a few times ro seewhat it was we had ordered. This Popeyes location needs some help?the food and the customer service is horrible. I am a fan of Popeyes, but after two visits... to this location, I will not return!! It?s obviously bad management, this was evident to me during my visit when I observed themanager taking fries and chicken out of a box after it was prepared for a customer and returning it to the serving line, soogross ! The manager was more concerned with her phone then her customers or employees, and it showed in the food quality, thechicken was soggy, the biscuits were old, and the fries were gross, they also forgot part of my order. Sometimes the food is good, tonight it wasn't. We ordered 3 dinners. One was regular 6 piece chicken tenders with 2 sides and 2... biscuits. The tenders were tiny and overcooked. The mac and cheese, which you have to pay extra for, wasn't full in thecontainer and looked and tasted old. The mashed potatoes and biscuits were fine. It takes less than 10 minutes to get home fromthis location. We immediately opened our food and everything but the mashed potatoes was cold. Don't know how this is possiblebecause they stay super busy and everything should be fresh and hot. The other 2 dinners were the same way, but they wereregular and spicy chicken, not tenders. We ate it because we were hungry and to go back would have been another 30 minute wait.Had I been the one to go and order in store and pick it up, I would have gotten an immediate refund and went somewhere else.
