Ordered my food but missing the fries I had to drive back to the drive thru I was told to go to window 2 waited for over 5... minutes for my damn fries no one came to the window I had to go around and enter the establishment to return the food and Iasked for a refund! Never receive correct food! Last time coming here. Also had to wait 15 mins at 10:35 pm just to place order. I called and told... them we have still been waiting since they told us ?one moment?. They started taking orders for cars that pulled up on the nextlane after me. No? there was no lone backed up for them to put us on a 10-13 mins wait.! Staff does not care at this location!Here it is 10:55 pm and I am still waiting on my food. I can see employees just walking around talking. People behind me areable to receive their food before me. Me and girlfriend once again stopped here for lunch. Our order was 2 small caramel frappes and 2 double cheeseburger. Since the... woman behind the counter was throwing a fit and was having a hard time and because we got served last even though we placed ourorder before everyone else it took over 30 minutes to get our food, horrible under valued way of how they handled a small order.Huge waste of time, bring more professionalism and remember customers have choices of places to eat. Recently moved to the area and got out for a late dinner so either Taco Bell or McDonalds are both open this time of night- Taco... Bell has a line around the building and McDonalds is deserted (I now know why) From the time I paid for my sandwich combo tothe time I received my food was over 12 minutes- you should once again note this place was completely deserted and I was thesole customer there At least if they're taking this long it must be because they're making some fresh stuff right? If only I'dbeen so lucky To start I ordered a large combo but they only gave me a medium drink which they didnt even fill up all the wayor put any ice in (or at least the 2 cubes of ice they did put in melted by the time I got home) The sandwich itself has alaughable amount of sauce on it that just looks depressing and is a lot smaller than I expected for being 8 dollars But at thevery least I got my hot out the fryer and newly salted fresh french fries Oh wait they're stone cold Like shockingly cold Likethey may have put them in the fridge for a minute before giving them to me kind of cold To top things off driving back home Iwent past the Taco Bell which was giving the last car in the drive thru their food... so... lesson learned I guess? So let?s talk here. Went here on a Saturday while they were slow! Ordered some happy meals and two ten piece nuggets. Everything... was there. But they were too lazy to put the fried in the containers. They just dumped fries in the bag. Had to ask them to fillmy wife?s drink up all the way as well. Ordered a large sweet tea and they filled it up halfway. They are super unfriendly too.I?m big on thanking and manners.
