Pretty good food, I could use more spice in the salsa, but the queso was good. Entrees were good, but the star of the show,... strangely, was the portabello mushrooms that I got on the side of my chicken fajita wrap. They were soooo flavorful, much moreso than any other protein. Coming back for the good service and mushrooms! Lol Prices are a bit higher than you would expect forthe quality. Food was good and no complaints about any of that. The restaurant had a nice quiet atmosphere which was nice compared to the... noise at some other places. The reason for the low rating was service. After having our order taken and served we never saw thewaiter. Had to start flagging other servers to get refills, to-go boxes and the check. If they were extremely busy I'd be a bitmore understanding, but they weren't. Read more

First time here, nice atmosphere, reasonable prices. Wanted to try drink in???? that I read about. The pineapple prohibits... you from having a complete drink and the rest is greenery and whipped cream. I ordered a frozen Margarita as I placed a 2 goorder and the order came without the Margarita which I had to drink quickly. Entree was edible. Would not having a problemreturning to give it another chance. 10/28/21 Returned with husband and we regretted EVERY aspect of our visit. From beingneglected as customers, to being placed around TWO families with at least 7 unruly children between them both, to unfairtreatment, bland food, nothing about this restaurant warrants another visit EVER. We asked for a booth and were told "No" withno other explanation, sat by two different families who didn't bother corralling their children and allowed them to roamfreely, to being ignored while others who came in well after we were were serviced first. A manager saw my expression, asked mewas everything ok, then walked off before I could answer. This place was ridiculous!! I will stick with Casa Tapatia and LACantina as I have done for years.
