ordered a spicy kfc bowl & im pretty sure it?s not supposed to look like this. tried to call the store & no one answered. 2/10
This is the last time, I work too hard. $35 12 pc bucket meal. No line. I ordered ORIGINAL.They came back and asked will I take... all dark meat. I said no I wanted it mixed but I?ll b glad to wait. 20 seconds later I get my bag of food pushed out the window.I get home I have all of the white pieces CRISPY which I didn?t want, and the original dark meat was so old and stale wecouldn?t eat it. This is the 3rd time in a row of messups over the past 6 months. I don?t want my money back I just want a FRESHbucket of chicken and a correct order! After lunch, had no rushed feeling at all. Had the classic chicken sandwich, was pretty good.
We have not been to KFC since it opened. The location we went to was the Eastex freeway location in Beaumont. There were three... sets of customers when we got there. We decided to order and take home to eat. The chicken was horrible. The crust was mushy andthe grease just dripped off of it. Never will I go back. I was very disappointed. Read more

Stopped by kfc tonight to grab some dinner since we would be getting home late family took a shower when we got home went to go... eat and this is what we found a big bucket of whatever it is this is super disappointing have ate kfc my entire life always thebest chicken I never leave reviews bad or good but this right here is completely unacceptable will be reaching out to corporateoffice you do not serve this to customers that are paying.
