Staff is usually always friendly and never an issue with my order as far as accuracy and such..only issue is you never know when... the lobby will be open. One day it's unlocked and then locked the next. Seems to be this way at all locations..seems like theycontinue the habit even after covid is no longer a top news story. Read more
Worst Jack in the Box I've ever been to. Simple order through the drive-thru was asked to pull around front waited 25 minutes... and still no food. Went inside and the food wasn't even prepared yet because the cook was outside jaw jacking with somebody.Extremely unprofessional very rude customer service and not even and apology when I had to get a refund. I would recommendfiring everybody and starting over or maybe even closing it down with customer service like that. Complete garbage Read more
Ordered a medium regular fries for a 2 year-old and was very disappointed. It was not fresh and soaked with old grease.
Okay who gives Jack in the Box five stars? Well I do. I made it in for a quick snack just before the evening Rush and lo and... behold lots of adults (over 30 years old) working there and when I say a lot I mean a lot . Now this is crazy, I saw peoplecleaning and inspecting the dining room when I walked in the door . Needless to say I was impressed . Friendly staff we evenjoked a little. My order came out quickly just as I special ordered. Very satisfying when this happens. And I've had troublegetting orders correct all over the place. My new standard is check your order before you leave. So happy to see mature adultsworking at Jack In The Box. Thank you Jack in the Box for taking the time to hire people who care about what's in the bag. Onelast thing I still can't get a super size Coke float but hey a large Coke no ice and a small Shake takes care of that problemand a special treat for me when I go to Jack In The Box.
