This place does not deserve any stars i tried ordering and they denied making my order never again will I come to this Jack in... the box and will make sure they lose tons of costomers because of their way of treating customers!! Read more
I would review the quality of food, but I didn?t even get a chance to order before I had to leave. It was around 12:30, so of... course there?s a bit of a lunch rush. The drive thru was packed, so I decide to go inside. There were two people in front of me,so I waited. I got to the counter to order and was told to wait a minute. Seemed like she was taking orders and making drinksfor both dine in and drive thru. I stood there for about 8 minutes, and just watched them scramble to get the orders out.Someone in the back grabbed lettuce without gloves, which disgusted me. Someone that had previously ordered didn?t have theright order and was fighting with the employees. That?s when I decided to leave and go elsewhere. Terrible service and terriblemanagement.
