PLEASE DO NOT STOP HERE I hope you are reading this before you stop here, terrible service waiter was confused which made our... order take longer then the order was wrong and he also didn't split our ticket like we asked him to. When my sister in law toldhim that she asked for all bacon he told her can you trade with someone else in your group, that is so crazy that we were readyto leave and sorry we stopped there. First cup of coffee was cold and bitter. Second cup was just bitter. 3 of us had omelet. Burned. And the "fluffy pancakes"... overcooked . Our waitress was lovely. The woman behind the counter....on her phone gossiping and cussing while checking outcustomer. Won't be back. Read more
The food wasn't great but there was a lady there that really made my day. I was having a really bad time coming back from... dropping off my kids and was really distraught and this lady with the long pretty braids saw this and just offered a bit ofcomfort. That was a huge thing and made all the difference in that moment. You can't put a price on employees like that!! I wishI could remember her name but I'm sure she remembers me. Waitress and the manager were friendly and pleasant yet the establishment is warm with an unpleasant smell. Doesn?t smell like... food at all. The kids went to the restroom and they stated that they weren?t clean. Had to change drinks because the lemonadetea tasted like water. We were the only people in the place the whole time we were there. I expected the food to be disgustingbut I gave it a chance and it was actually decent. I don?t remember why I stopped going here previously but I prob still won?tcome back only bc of the smell, uncleanliness, and warmth of the place. Maybe a revamp of the facility would help. I ordered an egg white omelette with peppers and onions, sauteed mushrooms, and roasted tomatoes. I got an omelette with three... cherry tomatoes sliced in half and a few pieces of sliced onion. No peppers, no mushrooms. The omelette was overcooked, tough,and rubbery. My husband's eggs were also overcooked. The hash browns were all right. When I called about getting a refund, themanager told me that because I placed the order online, I would have to talk to the online customer service team about a refund.They take two business days to respond.
