2 years ago I wrote a review on how terrible the employees were. They have definitely improved and I love the employee who have... been there for awhile! But..whoever was working drive thru today gave my dad a frozen drink when my dad told him he didn?t wantfrozen he wanted hot. the employee tried explaining what frozen meant?we know what frozen means?lol?.Now I wasn?t there butaccording to what my dad told me he said latte and my dad has never order a frozen coffee so i don?t know why my dad would sayfrozen. So anyway, my dad wanted it hot and the employee heard him wrong but chose not to solve the problem and sent my dad onhis way with the frozen drink?. I work in the food business and I even use to be a barista and no matter what the complaint wasabout even if I thought I was right I remade the drink to my customers liking. It?s part of the job. Anyway I went back myselfand got the hot drink and I didn?t wanna complain so Im writing the review instead lol. Just do better plz! Read more
From the time we entered the service was not good at all. The employee seemed bothered that we were there. Very pushy about... ordering fast. We were the only ones in the store and there were no drive thru customers. Our large coffee was not even filledup it was more like a medium in a large cup. The hot chocolate we ordered was like water. They said the machine makes that notthem. They did get us another hot chocolate and it wasn't really any better. The donuts tasted stale and they were hard.Definitely won't go back to that location. Read more

I just ordered a customized birthday cake online 48 hours prior the pick up date from Dunkin at Beaumont TX (Phelan Blvd).... However they called me 24 hours prior and said that the chocolate chip ice cream flavor for the cake was out of stock. Also whenI picked up the cake, they didn't put my customized "Happy Birthday" wordings that I requested online. I'm so disappointed. Read more
Terrible experience! 80% of the time my drink is made wrong. Well this morning I ordered an iced coffee and when I got there... they went to give me a hot coffee... told the lady at the window it was wrong it?s supposed to be iced (which is what I orderedand it clearly said iced coffee with cream and Irish cream on my sticker) Once it was re made I grabbed the coffee and had toleave I didn?t try it at the window cause I assumed it was made correctly. Once I got to work and tried my iced coffee, it wasclearly not Irish creme (which is my favorite flavor) it was something else like a hazel nut flavor, which I don?t like. Wellnow I can?t leave work to go back and have it re made, tried calling the store a few times at 830 and no one would answer. Ididn?t drink my coffee, so once I was able to go on my lunch I tried calling the store again, no answer. I called the store 4times before I tried going up there to have my drink re made. Of course at work a co worker dumped the coffee out and threw outmy cup, once I noticed that happened I took the sticker off my cup to show them what I ordered. I get to the store and the guyat the speaker tells me to pull forward I explain to him what happened at the window and he says I?ll be right back, thenanother kid comes to the window and says we can?t re make the drink without the original coffee... I explain to him it gotdumped and thrown away but I have my receipt on my phone. He tells me he won?t re make it without the original coffee, I ask tospeak to a manager and he proceeds to tell me a manager is NOT at the store.... I?m a regular at this store and comeMonday-Friday even twice a day sometimes. Not trying to get a free coffee just wanted my drink that they made wrong remade... So I ended up leaving cause he refused to make it. I ordered from my app and when I got there, my order was already ready. The service was nice and efficient. The place was clean.
For the past week the kolaches have been undercooked. The bread has been sticky and mushy. Disgusting
