This Burger King has the worst customer service of any Burger King I've ever been to. From unhelpful to downright rude employees... or messing up your order, it's the only thing that's consistent. Heaven help you if you go at night because a simple 2 itemorder can take you up to 30 minutes. One time, we even observed the employees listening to music and dancing around instead ofactually taking drive thru orders. I can't recommend this one at all. Read more

Called I?m a order in line for one hour and 10 min and still in line!!! No excuse for this kind of service, food is not cheap... these days, people just do not care about service! Poor management is all I can say! Now 1 hour and 20 min in the line!!!! Whois the manager on duty better yet who is the freaking owner???? He prob in bed while his business is going down the tubes!! Ordered the New chicken sandwich. Got this. Wilted lettuce, most of the mayo outside the sandwich. And most definitely not the... new chicken sandwich. Didn't give a receipt, wouldn't give me my money back. They weren't rude, but they failed on so manylevels. I am giving up on Orange county Burger Kings, nothing but problems. Read more
this place is the worst in terms of customer service I came with my family and we ordered and it turns out the drinks were pure... water we told the manager and he only knew how to tell us that they were good and we tried different flavors to be exact 4 typesof soda and it was water What the machine was throwing away, they reluctantly attended us to never come back here?.
