Usually I have a pleasant online order pickup. However tonight I went to pick up my Reese?s blast and cherry slush with extra... bursting bubbles. Both size large. Got to the window and asked if my slush had the extra bursting bubbles because last time Iordered it there was not extra. She said yeah if you ordered extra there should be extra. I said umm ok. I wanted her to ask theperson who made my drink but she didn?t I got home and it?s not even a slush at all. It has ice in it and hardly tasted likecherry AND no bursting bubbles and no extra bursting bubbles I paid for. I Was so very disappointed especially since I asked herto confirm my order with the drink maker. Smh. Very unpleasant visit this time around. I didn?t want an ice drink so I?ll bethrowing it out. Normally this location isn?t too bad, I?ve had a couple issues but nothing too serious. Today I put in a mobile order, not... noticing the empty parking lot, just thinking people don?t want Sonic right now. Order goes through and says they?re working onit in the kitchen. I?m sitting there for longer than the usual wait time and nothing is happening, so I decide to go inside tojust eat at a table. The doors are locked and lights are off. There are no signs saying why and their times on the door saythey?re supposed to be open. No one puts up online that the store is closed right now? They don?t bother to say on the app thatthat store is gone? I called for a refund and the lady was very helpful and gave it to me but they need better communication.Ridiculous. Sonic hasn?t gotten better over the years and seriously makes me want to stop eating there. Read more

Drive up and order. Car-hop brings your food to your car in a paper bag. Never came out again. Food was just OK. No dipping... sauce for the chicken tenders and no onion ring. ???? Tried to call again by pushing order button but no one ever answered.5:00 pm Read more

My experience was good at the banning location. Not a long wait. Food was well prepared fast food. We received enough napkins,... the right order, and all other necessary supplies to have a nice meal. Read more

Did my first time doing the stalls, they complete my order with out actually completing my order. Over heard another customer... complaining because they waited 20min at another stall. So they walked in to order, the ?Manager? Nicolette refused to completethere order inside. So they left, we waited 15min to order and 25+ minutes to receive our order. Was the worse experience ever.Was just trying to have a successful family day with slushes/ ice cream. I asked the server for corporate number and the?Manager? as she identified herself was was rude to the server when he asked for the number on my behalf. My sister who was withme over heard her be rude to the server and told her, ?That my sister who asked for it. ? she rolled her eyes and completeDtaking a order to another stall. I walked in and asked for her name and to write it down. The server went. And got her, an whilewaiting I can hear he complain. I asked her for her name to be written down. She refused, than continuing to cuss me out in thestore. With a attitude like that she doesn?t need to be on the floor. She needs to be removed and re-trained on customerservice and management skills. If she cannot successfully schedule correctly than someone need to look into where she is doingwrong. Being disrespectful to customers and taking it out on her staff isn?t necessary. Read more
