I was really disappointed with this store because we ordered a 16pcs family bucket and extra gravy plus the honey mustard dip.... Both the extra gravy and dip wasn't in the bag. Things like these may not be a big deal for the people working in the store butit is a HUGE deal for the one eating it. Problem here is the manager. Didn't train people well. Read more
We ordered a meal on Sunday 9/25/22 at 6pm. The inside was closed. From what we could see it was FILTHY. They couldn?t find out... order and fought with us. They were cursing and all in regular clothing (not uniforms). They found the order and said ?oh wegave that to someone else?. We asked for a refund and told us to figure it out. They were very rude. Them not having our foodready was a blessing in disguise because we probably would have gotten sick from how disgusting that store was. They need to becondemned. Read more
I usually don?t write reviews , but enough is enough. I LOVE Popeyes, but this location is always beyond slow and always out of... sides . They usually only have fries . So today I go and wait the usually 20 minutes or so to order and my first questionis,?what sides are available tonight ( it?s 8pm)?? To my surprise I was told all sides except dirty rice were available . I wasbeyond excited. I attempted to order my meal ( surf and turf) and was then told there were NO chicken strips available, NOsandwiches, and NO shrimp . I can?t explain the disappointment I felt. Can you believe I forgot to ask a chicken place if theyhad chicken left ?? Save your time you will never be able to order what?s on the menu. Read more

The property doesn't have a great appearance and even though they didn't have enough legs and thighs prepared for the 12-piece I... wanted, the manager went out of his way to make sure that they were prepared as soon as possible. The chicken was deliciousright out of the cooker! They get four stars for the delicious chicken and the managers good attitude. Slow af isn't even the word. Been sitting here at the window waiting on food for over 15minutes while they're just walking... around inside & line is to the road. Not to mention they're out of half the menu including coke!? Stop at another location forfood through here. If you live here commute for a better store. Read more
One of the WORST Popeyes we ever been to. The staff is pathetically rude. Matter of fact we were there on a Saturday at 5pm.... Staff behind the counter eating. Front doors locked. Saw this during my travel and got off the freeway. Upset I did ????They didn't have most of the items I wanted to order. No Mac... n cheese and no drinks!!! Why not supply for the demand?
