Thanks for the musubis and the Hawaiian drinks, both were great. Was able to feed about 6 people with the musubis. And sorry... for not making it clear when I thought I ordered 2 orders of each musubi, but at least I know how to say it correctly next time.Oh and everything stayed at their respective temperature throughout the whole 35 minute car ride so thank you ???? We came in and purchased three KATSU plates. I served my children rice and Mac and as I went to serve them the chicken I noticed... it was all pink!! I called the store and they advised me it?s always pink and if they cook it any longer it will burn. I went inand asked once again, showed the chicken and the manager stated that?s normal. They all eat it like that. . . Chicken shouldnever be pink. Always check your childrens food and be careful when purchasing food from this location. Read more
Very friendly staff! The service was awesome! The food was very delicious! Didn't have to wait long for my order to be made. I... enjoy coming here as a healthier alternative to fast food. I enjoy their rice and the chicken. That BBQ sauce they use is verytasty! I will continue to eat here and i recommend Ono Hawaiian BBQ to everyone. Ordered food from here and come to find out missing things to go with the food?drove an hr away to get food from here and drove... an hr back home to find out we were missing some of the sauces that go with the food. Also the Mac and cheese that comes withthe food taste kinda fishy and one of our plates had all rice and no Mac and cheese?.prob be a while before I make the drive outhere to this place especially when we spend $70 for lunch for 4 people????? Good bbq. For some reason they offer teriyaki chicken but no teriyaki sauce??? Idk. It was crowded when we went but we got our... food pretty quickly. The crab Rangoon was actually pretty good and a really good value if you add the combo with a drink andchoose it as your side. Both exits are to one way streets. Try to keep this in mind when leaving. Read more
