(Beaumont/Firehouse)The girl comes over after making a sub, did NOT take off her gloves starts ringing up my order and wipes her... fingers on her drippy nose then on to her side, still NOT putting clean gloves on, I ordered the kids meal without the fire hat,20 minutes to make, 2 orders ahead, WITHOUT changing gloves for their order, starts to make mine, still NO cleans gloves, nowshe's putting all the meat away WITH SAME GLOVES ON cleans up the area with a plastic food scrapper not swiped off...precedes tomy order, done I pick up and leave we joked about pickle or rice treat, of course rice treat, drove home, 30 minutes away(Yucaipia) precede to open container which I see has black fingerprints all around container bottom is also dirty as if lastone, the inside had dirt inside !!!! Apple juice was good, premixed, rice treat dried and stale, oh and my browney was sodiscussed threw it away, I was so disappointed I through it to the cats, could I have gotten back in the car a drove back, yes,however I'm disabled & tired by then traffic was bumper to bumper.....my experience was so upsetting I probably will never go tothere again. not impressed with what we received vs what we paid. I feel they are over priced. $5 for an 8 oz size portion of Mac n cheese.... $14 for a footlong with not much meat as compared to local competitors. Read more
My girl & I came for our first experience and it was very disappointing. Both of our subs were missing bacon, mine had onions,... which I asked for none, and my girl's had a pickle added whem she asked for none. Eaten here at least a dozen times over the last year and every time is great. The staff here are fantastic! The few times that... my order was made incorrectly, they immediately fixed it and made certain I was comp'ed for for my trouble. Everything here isclean and it's a great spot to enjoy your food. I came to the firehouse for the first time instead of Subway and had amazing service and wayyyy better sandwiches. Trent was one... of the main people who helped us today and was amazing. I had food poisoning from this place and now my stomach cannot keep food down. These people must've mishandled my food from the ... previous review.
