Went there Sunday only to find out there air conditioning was out !!! Two people working there at the time I walked up to... counter to order only to find out I had to do it online Since when they stopped having soft serve ice cream ???? I asked forSplenda for my ice tea and he said they will have to go next door to get it ???? Out of bbq sauce of one kind??.didn?t matterthey were out of the containers to put it in !! My wife came back from the bathroom and said it was disgusting So I made thecomment to the person in charge and he replied the night shift was supposed to do it !!! Well it?s about 1:30pm maybe one of thetwo could have taken care of it. I then looked over the counter to see trash over flowing The girl just left, person in charge(he was by himself) said the owner is really cheep I was thinking this would have been a great under cover boss episodes But thefood was good ???? They?re app sucks, and it showed most items were not available. Better call in your order, but isn?t that time consuming for... workers? Anyway, I picked up my online order and it still took another 10 minutes to get my order made. I live 15 minutes away. But it?s kickin food, and we?ll definitely order again. Read more
I give this location 5 stars. Me and my husband had dickkies for the first time about a week ago staff was so friendly. We... though it was so good we went back a week later and ordered 2 big yellow boxes. The Package let me tell you we were superimpressed order was ready on time/warm packaged correctly they supplied everything from napkins forks plates even serving forkstongs spoons came in really cute boxes all around from the staff to the food to the cleanliness of the facility was on point ifyour looking for good at quality food. dickkies is the place to go. This place was so exciting the moment I walked in. It had a nice atmosphere. I was greeted by the employees as I walked up to... read the menu. They asked if I needed any help and I accepted. They told me to try the ribs and mashed potatoes. So I orderedboth of those plus green beans,fried okra and the Mac n cheese. The food did not disappoint. I did enjoy the ribs with the sweetbbq. My first time here. Food's great,bit pricey. I would suggest getting the family special if there is 3more in your party. This... was the 2 and 2. Two meat and two sides. Drink was separate. Not picture was the all you could eat soft serve. So the food ispricey your desert is covered. Read more

Great food as always! No complaints in this department. This is complaint is mostly for the owner or management because the... employees have stated the owner has said it?s ok for the employees to park in directly in front of the store. There is verylimited parking spots in front the store so why allowing employees to leave their vehicles there all day and forcing yourcustomers to walk across the parking lot is beyond me. It?s a little rude and inconsiderate to your customers if you ask me. Read more
