I am changing my review. This location definitely had some growing pains to start but everything seems to be running smooth now.... The food always seems fresh. The last time I was there my sprite was definitely low on syrup and it tasted like carbonatedwater. Other than that good job! Walked to Wendys tonight. 9PM and the door was locked. Sign on the door says open until 10pm. Google page says 10pm and they are... responsible for adjusting hours on that page. I look inside and a woman just stares at me. Customer service is non existent inmy experience. They won't get a nickle of business from me. Read more

One pickle bandits! Bruh every time I come I get one singular pickle and one singular piece of everything else they skimp so... hard. Also they are more expensive than other Wendy's. They also have reduced drink size compared to others. Employees arenice at the window but them kitchen people need to start giving me 2, 3? maybe even 4 dang pickles because this makes mesad. (I will admit the photos pickle is actually quite large but usually they are microscopic, some would even say?invisiblelike what they gonna lose for giving me 3 pickles?) Read more
Just moved to Beaumont and we were craving a Wendy's burger. We were not disappointed! Used the drive-thru, food was hot, burger... was excellent!! Very generous serving of fries as well. We will definitely be back! Great job guys, thanks! Read more
Wow. Just wow. The drive through at 7:20 was super slow. There was one person when we got there, and it was unreasonable how... long it took for them to get through. I could pull out though because of people behind me. So jealous of those who could, and Isaw several. What's worse, the order was wrong and they didn't have anything to say about the poor service. Literally nothing,they didn't talk. It all tasted fine, but whatever. No straws or napkins. We ordered kids meals, of course we need napkins! Read more
