I am unbelievably disappointed and deeply sadder by the treatment I received in the drive through today. I spent over 60$ For my... order and almost everything was messed up.. 60$?!!! You would think they would care about a large order. My blizzard my havepassed the flip test. But never have I had so much ice cream melt and fall all over myself, my husband and my vehicle. A wholeblizzard, melted faster then I could even get home to eat it. Absolutely unbelievable. Frys half empty, burgers completelylopsided. Then all the drinks this young woman passes me SPILL all over myself and my car, well the young women laughs andpasses it off at a joke. This is your job, why is it spilling on me before I?ve even brought it into myvehicle??? Disappointed. Do better get better employees or people who actually want to work. Terrible job. Read more
We ordered pretzels and asked how many dressing the salads came with. They said the salad came with two dressing. They didn't... give us our pretzels they forgot to include them in the order. We then bought and paid for the pretzels. When we got our orderwe asked about the lack of the second dressing and the lady rudely informed us ranch came with two and honey mustard came withone. She tried to make us buy the extra dressing for one dollar before eventually just gave us the dressing telling us next timeit was an extra cost. Came here for a birthday. After waiting for 5 minutes to be service, girl working was busy playing on phone & when we got her... attention she told us she can only do drivethur and continued to wait. Once we finally got serviced all was good.. That wasright until we had the cake.. $34 for an 8? cake only to cut into it and fine a long black hair in it? Yuck.. I found the service was prompt. Dairy queen is my "go to", when I want to indulge in a milkshake or ice cream. Very good here!... Milkshakes are nice and thick. Food is also good. If you want to dine in, there is ample parking. Would definitely give thisDairy Queen two thumbs up ???????? Read more
This is awesome DQ. It's quite a bit further away from me than a few other locations, but I always take the extra time to come... here. The staff are super friendly and helpful, the service is quick, and the food is always hot and tasty. It's also very cleaninside. Every time for my friend's birthday I wrote something absurd or obnoxious on a cake and they always wilfully do it. Theysometimes even take pictures of the cakes to show to friends. Read more
This location has the worst customer service, they do not follow proper instructions- even after repeatedly explaining to... them. They never showed us the traditional blizzard being turned upside down. Then they handed us 3 blizzards with no lids,and actually had the nerve to already stick the spoons inside the blizzards? Also, the blizzards were not topped up like otherlocations... cheaped out. Will not be returning to this location and do not recommend it. Read more
Lady could not understand anything I was saying, we spoke very clearly and she made me repeat myself 5 times. Expected my order... to be messed up, & yes it was all messed up. Went back to complain and lady said that I got exactly what I ordered. People inthe back seemed like they understood me and just laughed, this lady is way too clueless to be working in a customer servicebusiness.
